This cake inspires a moment or two of satisfied silence from the chocoholics I know and love.

  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 box of chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. salted butter

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350F, Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa, pudding mix, and baking powder in a medium sized bowl.
  3. In a separate large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each one.
